Skydance is seeking an experienced Coordinator to support the TV Physical Production team. This is a fast-paced team covering both domestic and international productions.  Potential applicants should have physical production experience (office and/or set), a passion for and understanding of physical production, and a desire to grow within the company.  This is an exciting role for someone who is interested in growing their career in global television production! #Media


  • Act as back-up for Skydance Production Executives
  • Point person for POC’s on all shows in various stages of production
  • Document custodian and tracking for execution
  • Scenechronize HUB Admin
  • Manage all projects on the HUB to include uploading of SDTV originated documents
  • Ensure proper list distribution for shows (production and creative documents)
  • Set up and wrap out Writers Rooms (furniture, phones/internet, multifunction machine, white boards, etc.)
  • Manage assets
  • Prep and wrap coordination for all TV shows
  • Update and maintain internal and external production resources (manuals) and documents (forms)
  • During prep, assist productions and executives in planning and coordinating travel
  • Studio point person on Production Risk Management matters
  • Manage Transportation teams to ensure they have processed all CSATF CA DOT or MCP paperwork in compliance with local, federal and/or provincial requirements
  • Coordinate all documents necessary to set-up residuals
  • Review DPR’s and flag issues
  • Create and manage BTL talent tracking grids
  • Manage any Studio Lot policies
  • Coordinate information flow to internal departments
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as needed by the productions and the department
  • Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree preferred
  • Passion for physical production is essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ related experience working for a Network, Studio or Production Company on the physical production team
  • Prefer experience working as a Production Secretary, APOC or POC on freelance shows.
  • Experience with Scenechronize and PIX
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities
  • Able to work independently and exercise great judgment
  • Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Acrobat, iTunes, and FileMaker software and Project software applications
  • Technology savvy
