Junior HRIS Analyst

The Junior HRIS Analyst will play an integral role in the daily operations of the Human Resources department by providing HRIS support and analytics to the Skydance HR team, including system administration, data integrity, technology project support, consultation, and reporting.


  • Develop and implement HR data audit processes to ensure data integrity for all HR systems, including BambooHR, ADP and eBenefits Edge
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamlining existing HR business processes
  • Process transactions related to all employee changes including: new hires, terminations, job changes, performance review, merit and bonus cycle, open enrollment, and electronic personnel files
  • Compile and format data files for mass uploads
  • Run and analyze reports and craft custom/ad hoc reports as needed
  • Collaborates with various HR functional areas, Payroll, and IT department on system change management, data audits, and HR data processing
  • Audit and validate data, research discrepancies and correct errors
  • Update and maintain company org charts
  • Respond to requests for employment verifications
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of experience in HRIS or HR Technology role
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Experience working on HRIS project implementations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain discretion and work with sensitive/confidential subject matter required
  • Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and strong attention to detail
