As a Senior Individual People Growth, you will be responsible for providing guidance, counsel, and support to employees & managers on their/teammates’ individual talent growth.
You will be a customer-focused, highly motivated individual who will focus on an individual’s growth.
Deliver learning and talent development expertise to the overall studio as appropriate. You will oversee individual development programs for leaders, managers, sups, low/high performers, new promotions, etc., in alignment with company development culture as in connection with company leadership style.
As a senior specialist, you will collaborate closely with all HR teams and Production.
Responsible for design and implementation of high-quality initiatives that engage and inspire employees in support of studio strategy and goals. Provide high talented people that follow the studio needs for high-caliber managers.
Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of individual development/ Improvement plans, in liaison with line manager, and HR Org. Development. Provide regular monitoring and evolution outcomes. Deliver recommendations for individual improvements as appropriate.
Responsible for conducting and consolidating individual development needs. Develop and conduct in-house talent development needs.
Coach and train departments on people development. Develop an internal mentoring program. Spread coaching style fundamentals among team leaders.
Design and implement in-house development tools for people that manage people as : MBTI, Disk, Firo-B, as examples but not limited to that ones.
Implement “development itineraries” for people that manage people. Among other tools like 360º feedback process, development center, assessment center, etc.
Extract key findings from Performance Management process, developing and monitoring individual areas of development, feedback, and coaching plans. Provide assistance with Performance Management process as needed.
Manage low / high performers development plans.
Work on Learning Management Systems (LMS) platform, uploading courses, managing enrollments, managing mandatory monthly updates, and tracking participation.
Active participation in People development and engagement initiatives.
Be a key supporter of the SAM/ SDA leadership style and culture.
Must have 5+ years of experience in human resources management with a focus in developing, implementing, and delivering talent development programs in an international environment.
Professional B.A in psychology discipline certification or extended practice in this HR area. Certified coach and certifications as Firo B, MBTI, DISC is needed.
Experience with cross-cultural contexts and audiences; audiences with English is a Second Language.
Fluency in Spanish, English, and third major language.
Computer skills essential: proficiency in Microsoft Excel office.
Must be highly focused on delivering excellent EX, being self-driven, and developing effective relationships throughout the organization.
Strong written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills required.
Excellent time and workload management skills, ability to prioritize, ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
