As Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting and directing employees in the timely and effective execution of the relocation plan in alignment with the mobility team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relocation package offered to each employee.
  • Assess international relocations as well as national ones.
  • Arrange meetings with each new employee to find out their specific relocation needs.
  • Maintain records and monitor all the relocations processes assigned, keeping updated the Mobility databases.
  • Review all aspects of the move, ensuring all meet expectations.
  • Prepare proactive regular calls with every new employee.
  • Work with external providers to ensure timely and effective execution of the cases.
  • Prepare and send all relocation-related correspondence, news, notices, or related information to employees, maintain records of proof of services.
  • Provide prompt response with adequate empathy and assertiveness to every individual.
  • Manage accurate costs control.
  • Provide assessment and ongoing advisory assistance to minimize their hardship during the displacement period.
  • Execute relocation plan in a timely manner, be sensitive to the needs; personally, and professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain documents for the different Public Administrations, ensuring the new employees obtain all the administrative permits and authorizations.
  • Help to find neighborhoods, residences, and schools/childcare for the new employee relevant to their needs and priorities, when requested.
  • Negotiate with landlords, suppliers, and other agents to secure the most efficient service, when requested.
  • Collaborates with other team members when it’s necessary
  • Proactively communicate status with Shows and Expat supervisors managing area agenda.
  • Able to negotiate as be a natural effective problem solver. Demonstrated ability to address complex problems. Accountable to read a situation that may be proving stressful to the new employees/family.
  • Effectively prioritize multiple tasks. 
  • Ability to guide and focus their duties, processes and routines with low supervision.
  • Huge capability to meet the expectations set on the duties assigned.
  • Responsive to deadlines and work well under pressure. Consistent attention to detail.  
  • Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in mobility services, in Spain or abroad.
  •  At least 1 year of vital experience abroad home country.
  • Experience in the animation industry is desirable.
  • University degree: Tourism, Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Managing Calendly agenda.
  • Experience and ability to work with diverse and multicultural populations.
  • Thorough knowledge of immigration laws is desirable.
  • Knowledge of housing-related issues is desirable.
  • Trilingual language mastery (English, other main European language, and a third one).
