Skydance Animation is looking for a Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition department. They will be responsible for handling day-to-day functions of recruiting including heavy interview scheduling, onboarding assistance, and report maintenance. A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic collaborator, have excellent attention to detail and follow-through, the ability to handle multiple independent tasks, and a high level of discretion. Provide support and management of interview calendars for multiple Recruiters on Animation TA team; schedule and organize phone screens, meetings, interviews with internal and external contacts, including providing necessary documentation, video conferencing details, room prep
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining consistent line of communication with candidates and internal hiring teams as primarily point of contact
Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and career portal including updating candidate information, reassigning positions, opening and closing jobs, troubleshooting
Ensure internal system processes and data are kept clean, public postings are accurate and up to date
Assist in preparation of information and materials for new employee hiring and onboarding
Maintain reports and tracking grids, prep and distribute as appropriate
Manage calendar of Recruiting events, coordinate participation details
Coordinate Executive and candidate travel including overnight and international accommodations, scheduling of events, dissemination of information to travelers
2+ years administrative experience within Recruiting and/or Human Resources
Knowledge of recruitment procedures, ATS & HRIS systems
Strong proficiency with MS Office & Google Suite; DocuSign a plus
Attention to detail and follow-through with highly detailed and confidential information
Ability to professionally interface with all levels of management and handle competing, urgent priorities
Proactive, ability to self-prioritize with sense of urgency
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
