Skydance Interactive, LLC and Skydance Silicon Valley LLC (collectively, “Skydance Games”, “we”, “us”) do not process Personal Information in connection with your use of the Skydance Games application, Skydance Games game, or other Skydance Games service linking to this Privacy Statement (each a “”Skydance Games Application”). When we use the phrase “Personal Information” in this Privacy Statement, we mean information that is capable of being associated with or could reasonably be linked with you, such as your name, email address, or mobile telephone number, or that is otherwise treated as personally identifiable information, personal information or personal data under applicable law.

Skydance Games only processes non-Personal Information via the Skydance Games Application, such as country of use, saved game code file numbers, de-identified and/or aggregate analytics, and non-Personal Information telemetry data. However, the applicable game platform provider on which the Skydance Games Application operates processes your Personal Information in connection with your use of the Skydance Games Application. This Personal Information is directly collected from the device by the platform and the platform provider’s privacy policy applies to that processing, and no processing of Personal Information is conducted by Skydance Games in relation to the Skydance Games Application.

If you enable certain features, Personal Information may be processed by the Skydance Games Application’s on-device code, for use on-device, such as voice recording and playback, but that such information is processed by you on your own device and that information is not collected or otherwise processed by Skydance Games. This Skydance Games Privacy Statement only applies with respect to the Skydance Games Application. If you interact with Skydance Games outside of the Skydance Games Application, such as visiting our websites or interacting with customer service, the Skydance Privacy Policy and not this Skydance Games Privacy Statement, shall apply. Further, if you interact with us using a Skydance Discord channel or other third-party services, the privacy policy of that third-party service shall also apply to that interaction. Skydance is not responsible for, and makes no representations regarding, the policies or business practices of any third parties.  

We may modify this Skydance Games Privacy Statement from time to time. If we make any changes, we will change the Last Updated date above. If you object to any changes, you may stop using the Skydance Games Application. Your continued use of the Skydance Games Application after we publish or otherwise provide notice about our changes to the Skydance Games Privacy Statement means that you are acknowledging to the updated Skydance Games Privacy Statement in connection with the ongoing use.  We will treat previously collected Personal Information under the Skydance Games Privacy Statement posted at the time of collection unless you otherwise consent.
