Skydance Interactive, LLC (“Skydance”, “SDI”, “we”, “us”) does not process personal information in connection with your use of the SDI application, SDI game, or other SDI service linking to this Privacy Statement (such application, game, or other service the “Skydance Application”).  

We ask that you please do not send or otherwise provide personal information to Skydance.  If you nevertheless choose to send/provide personal information to Skydance (for example, by emailing us), then please understand that we may (but we will not be obligated to) use such personal information in responding to you and otherwise in furtherance of the purpose for which you sent/provided such information to us. 

We also note that third-party services (for example, any platforms that you use to access the Skydance Application) are not controlled by us and are not subject to the terms of this Privacy Statement.  Rather, third-party services will have their own, separate privacy policies pursuant to which they might be processing and further utilizing your personal information.
