Acceptable Use Policy

SKYDANCE-GUEST Network
This SKYDANCE-GUEST network (“Guest Network”) is provided by Skydance Media, LLC (“Skydance”) as a courtesy to Skydance’s guests and visitors using their personal devices to access the internet. To ensure that all users have a safe experience, you as a user must abide by the following rules and guidelines:
The data you provide when accessing the Guest Network will be processed to manage your access and maintain network security. Your device MAC address will be collected for registration purposes and retained for up to one week to facilitate repeat access to the Guest Network. Skydance monitors network activity for security and troubleshooting purposes based on Skydance’s legitimate interest in maintaining network security. - 1. Use of the Guest Network is solely for lawful purposes. Users are prohibited from using the network for any illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access, tampering with or damaging the networks of Skydance or other third party networks or other user’s devices, or distributing or accessing unauthorized materials. You may not access the Guest Network for any unethical purposes or for activities that may compromise the security and performance of the network.
- 2. Users are responsible for their own devices and ensuring that they are secure and protected against viruses and malware. Skydance and its affiliated entities are not responsible for any damage caused to users’ devices while using the Guest Network.
- 3. The Guest Network is a shared resource, and users are expected to be mindful of others’ needs and avoid activities that may disrupt or slow down Skydance’s networks. Activities that may disrupt Skydance networks include but are not limited to streaming high-bandwidth content, downloading large files, or engaging in excessive online gaming.
- 4. Users are not permitted to access or attempt to access any other users’ devices or information, or to engage in any activity that may compromise the security or privacy of the Guest Network, or other users.
- 5. Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate, including but not limited to sending unsolicited messages, accessing or distributing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate materials, or engaging in any activity that violates local, state, federal laws or any Skydance policies. You are further prohibited from distributing malware or engaging in any hacking activities.
- 6. Users are solely responsible for any content they access or transmit while using the Guest Network. Skydance does not filter users’ internet traffic and is not responsible for any content accessed or transmitted by users.
- 7. Skydance reserves the right to monitor and log all Guest Network activity (including but not limited to including but not limited to websites visited, downloads, uploads, file transfers, connection times, bandwidth usage, data volume transmitted and received, and MAC addresses) for any and all purposes including but not limited to security and troubleshooting purposes. Skydance may also take any necessary steps to prevent any unauthorized or illegal activities on the Guest Network. Skydance reserves the right to share any such monitoring data with the applicable legal authorities.
- 8. Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the immediate termination of access to the Guest Network and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities if deemed necessary. Skydance reserves the right to take legal action against you for any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
