‘Succession’s Arian Moayed and Carmen Ejogo Join ‘Fountain Of Youth’ For Apple And Skydance

March 15, 2024

EXCLUSIVE: Arian Moayed and Carmen Ejogo have joined John Krasinski and Natalie Portman in Apple‘s Fountain of Youth, a feature film based on an original idea that will be directed by Guy Ritchie and hails from Skydance Media. Also starring Eiza Gonzalez and Domhnall Gleeson, the film will be produced for Apple by Skydance, Vinson Films and Project X Entertainment.

Written by James Vanderbilt, the pic follows estranged siblings (Krasinski and Portman) who partner on a global heist to find the mythological Fountain of Youth. They must use their knowledge of history to follow clues on an epic adventure that will change their lives — and possibly lead to immortality.

Hailing from a first-look partnership between Apple and Skydance, Fountain of Youth will be produced by Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger. Tripp Vinson will produce through his Vinson Films along with Project X’s Vanderbilt, William Sherak and Paul Neinstein. Ritchie & Ivan Atkinson and Jake Myers also are producing, with Radio Silence (Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, Tyler Gillett and Chad Villella) serving as executive producers.

Moayed is best known for his scene-stealing role as Stewy in the HBO hit series Succession, which swept the Emmys and recently took home best ensemble at the SAG awards. He was also recently seen in You Hurt My Feelings.

Ejogo was most recently seen reprising her role in season two of the Showtime series Your Honor opposite Bryan Cranston. Other credits she is known for include True Detective and Selma.

Ejogo is repped by The Artists Partnership and WME and Moayed is repped by Kipperman Management and Schreck Rose Dapello Adams.
